Opal Beauty Academy is open to the public for guest salon and spa services, available at our school based in Billings, Montana. The services offered are performed by our students at a reduced rate. Our students perform the salon and spa services and are supervised by licensed instructors. Services for children 12 and under will be half off the service price listed.
